Take a trip to the shores of North Florida! This charming home is located right in the heart of town but gives you all the space you need! Located just minutes from Steinhatchee River, Deadman Bay, and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and space for up to 6 guests, it's the perfect go-to retreat for family and friends. Whether you're grilling in the backyard, gathering in the screened-in gazebo, or taking in some fresh air on the balcony, you'll feel right at home here!

The home features a spacious yard with a fire pit, grill, and a screened in gazebo. There is an outdoor balcony with seating for everyone to relax. The interior has all been recently remodeled and features a living room with a TV, a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Plenty of parking for cars, boats, and trailers!

The home is a 2-story duplex with 2 private entrances. Guests have access to the main home (the upper level) and I occupy the bottom add-on addition.

There are no shared living spaces or entrances.

Felt like home

The property was clean, well stocked with essentials and felt like home. Looking to book again next year for our annual scalloping trip. Conveniently located to the local boat ramp, restaurants and stores. We loved our stay and had plenty of room inside the home and on the property.
