I only received automated VRBO messages for the booking. I never received communication from the host to access the rental. When I reached out to VRBO the day the booking was to start, they identified they had an invalid # to reach the host. With the help of VRBO, the reservation was cancelled and refunded but I had to make alternative arrangements for our stay in Madison, Alabama. This location should be removed from the VRBO listings.
