With a queen bed, full couch, and single seater couch that converts to a bed, the house can accommodate up to 4 guests. The yard is perfect for coffee, al fresco dining, and is equipped with a Weber BBQ.

The location is near the freeway which has the pro of easy access to prime locations but the con of freeway noise outside the house.
