The place was amazing. Excellent views!!! Loved the patio in front with sofa for hanging out and drinking coffee in the morning. Pet friendly. The place is small and cozy. It was perfect for 2 couples (family). Host was amazing and very helpful. Loved the neighborhood.

Clean, comfortable & excellent location for exploring L.A.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean, updated, and exactly as described. Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking, it was perfectly situated for easy access to L.A., Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena. The view was a great bonus! The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Great location! House was clean, except for a few minor details, and it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well! My only complaint was that the shower had a very large window with no covering, which made it uncomfortable for people to shower (especially at night). The house is on a hill and visibility is limited, but not completely obscured, so my tween daughter refused to shower for the duration of our (2 day) stay.

Summer getaway

My first summer trip with my daughters and my boyfriend. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host was very attentive and the the check in process was flawless. The home is beautiful. I wish we would have enjoyed your home more but we spent all day exploring the beautiful state of California. We will definitely return!

Nice getaway with awesome view

The property was very beautiful, the furnishingwas really well done, love the panoramic view. Only thing was the smalll restroom but was super cute. The Host was fantastic. He was always helpful and immediately responds. Really nice guy! Highly recommend this place for a private getaway. Really appreciate the peaceful atmosphere.

It was a truly wonderful stay at the property, which is maintained by Brandon. Property is exactly as shown in the image, and the space is very well maintained. I found everything I required for cooking and cleaning purposes inside. There is a nice view from the balcony, which you can enjoy. Many attractions are nearby, like Griffith Observatory, and multiple restaurants are within reachable distance. The property is super clean, and enough blankets, towels, and accessories were provided at the beginning. The host is very attentive and replies immediately. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a space within budget and with a great view.

Easy check in. House is on a hill with a great view and lots of light. Furnishings are very nice. Kitchen is set up will with nice appliances. Location is great, you feel private but easy drive to stores, hollywood, freeways and the Galleria Mall. Air conditioning works good. There is no washer/dryer but it's a 5 minute drive to a coin laundry down the hill. Hosts checked in mid stay which was a nice touch. Parking is easy and free across the street. I would highly recommend!

There was a terrible pungent odor upon arrival and the VRBO was very hot like the air conditioning was not turned on. We contacted the host, but he was not available, someone renting the apartment below was in charge. She tried to fix the thermostat, but later that night, it just kept getting hotter in there. The odor was so terrible that we left in the morning and went to a hotel.

What an amazing view from all sides! Street parking was easy and available. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. It was easy access to visit our college student in Eagle Rock. Highly recommend!
