Enjoy the den and kitchen as well as three bedrooms including a private suite and a kid’s bunk room. Whip up fresh recipes in either the well-equipped kitchen or make use of the gas grill and host a cookout on the furnished patio. The patio is conveniently furnished with two outdoor dining tables, seating 11 people in total. Unwind in the main home's living room and stream your favorite series on the large wall-mounted smart TV. From here, guests can also access the large balcony equipped with a handful of comfortable patio chairs. Additional highlights include a washer/dryer and central AC.

The main home offers two bedrooms, each one with a TV, and a full bathroom. The guest house provides guests with a studio-like atmosphere with a comfortable bed, a smart TV, a full-size fridge and a sink, and a full bathroom.

With crashing waves and white sugar sand mere steps away via the path next to the property, beachgoers will be in paradise. The heart of town is just over a mile away - check out the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier and snag a souvenir at a local shop, then indulge in seafood at an array of dining options. Don't forget to spend an afternoon at Pensacola Beach Boardwalk!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
