Welcome to your perfect vacation beach home and Pensacola Beach; Florida's best kept secret. Perfect home for a group of friends, large family or a quiet getaway for two.
New this year! We now have a hot tub! And if you would like we’ll fill set up a blow up pool for you. Just message us if you’d like us to have it ready.

We now have a street legal golf cart to rent! Seats 4. Use it to cruise down to the shops or dinner or to check out the town. Reach out to Bunny & Boo for full details.

Open floor plan of kitchen, dining and living areas makes the space great for family togetherness and entertaining. Plenty of room for everyone at the dining table.

Perfect location: approximately 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico and a 2 minute walk to Santa Rosa Sound, (look for Baby Beach), where the calm waters are perfect for the little ones as well as paddle boarding, kayaking, or just floating.

There is a stop (#32) for the free trolley right around the corner near the fire station at Avenida 17 that will take you to all of the beach bars, restaurants, shopping, and boardwalk. It runs Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend.

The master bedroom has a King sized bed with a private bath, each of the other 2 bedrooms has a Queen over Queen bunk bed. These, however, are not the only places for people to sleep! There is also a full sized futon in the loft area and an overstuffed chair with pullout twin bed to sleep additional guests, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 12! We also include a Pack n Play and highchair and booster seat for little ones. Linens provided for all beds and plenty of towels for all guests. This home has 2 bathrooms and a great outdoor shower.

The kitchen is well stocked with staples: flour, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil & spray, spices, coffee, tea bags, k-cups, & syrup. In addition, all the essentials for fixing and eating meals: cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. There's even a big stock pot for shrimp or mudbug boils. Plastic wrap and foil, pods for the dishwasher, and dish soap provided as well.
There's also a BBQ grill on the back deck for outdoor cooking.
Other essentials provided: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soaps, plus laundry pods, and a variety of cleaning supplies.

The bedrooms and the living room all have TVs with broadcast antenna for local stations as well as YouTubeTV and Netflix, or sign on to your own streaming services.

There are two large decks for outside fun, along with a huge yard. The yard is equipped with a Bucket Ball court (think beer pong only bigger!), Tiki Toss (ring on a string) and giant Jenga.

If the weather doesn't allow for outdoor activities we have board games and puzzles to keep you busy inside.

For the short walks to the beach, you’ll find a beach wagon, beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella, plus plenty of beach towels.

Great location!

This property is everything the owners say it is and more. The hosts have thought of everything...from leaving snacks to having extra blankets available to having all the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels you could ever need ready to use. The beach was easy to access either walking or driving and this part of the island has great shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a trip to Pensacola.

This property was perfect for a beach weekend with a few friends dropping by. We had an issue with having access to the code for the lock, but the owner was super quick to get back with us. Once we got in the house it was hard to leave! It was a perfect size and location. Pups loved the back yard. Biggest regret was we only stayed for 3 days.

Bunny and Boo are amazing hosts! The bungalow was perfect for our large group, even when friends visited for dinner. We had easy access to the beach and sound. We took advantage of the beach cart, toys and towels. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back.

After vacationing here twice a year for 8 years we decided that Pensacola Beach had to become our home. We enjoy sharing our home so that others can experience the beauty and peace of Pensacola Beach.

Why they chose this property

We love the space this home provides for large groups. It's a nice respite for just one or two also. We love the proximity to the core of Pensacola Beach. It's only a mile walk to the bars and restaurants or the free trolley during season is easy to catch right around the corner. While being just a short walk to the Gulf or the sound this home is on a quiet street. If your goal is to get away this house is perfect. This home was love at first sight for us.
