The house sits between Nantucket Land Bank land and Cisco beach, one of the most popular surfing beaches on Nantucket. It is also across the street from the bike path and a short ride to 167 Raw, Bartlett farm and Cisco brewery.
From the many balconies off the huge open living room/kitchen or the master bedroom you can enjoy 180 degree views of the Atlantic ocean as well as Hummock Pond and Madaket off in the distance. The home boasts a whole house audio system along with high end home theater set-ups in the media room as well as the master bedroom. Enjoy the days at the beach, and the nights on the deck watching the sunset and Stars and hearing the roar of the ocean.
