Enjoy your stay at our updated (2021) Loreana Ranch casita that includes a small kitchen and Living Room for relaxing after you take road trips to nearby attractions. We are 25 minutes from downtown Tucson and just 5 minutes from a local winery for those who enjoy good wine from locally grown grapes. For animal lovers, Loreana Ranch has horses, goats and room to board your own horse(s) for an additional fee. Plenty of room for exploring our additional acreage to go rock hunting if that is your pleasure.

Great quiet place!

The casita is large, very cozy and comfortable. Amanda is a great host! It's on a small ranch about 7 miles south of I-10 but close to Karchner Caverns and Saguaro NP. Has a separate bedroom, living room and full kitchen. Stayed 3 nights and slept very well in the comfy bed. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect little Christmas trip!

My boyfriends family lives in Vail and we wanted to be as close as possible, somewhere small for just the two of us, but with enough kitchen to cook holiday treats. And this place was perfect! Clean, simple, everything you need, goats and horses for neighbors, very responsive host, quiet location, and the best part… 3 adorable friendly cats that greeted us every night we returned from family visits! And don’t forget to look up to the stars! Gorgeous! 10/10, our best Vrbo yet :)

Unique Ranch Experience

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Loreana Ranch! The casita is very clean, lovingly decorated and has all needed amenities such as a well equipped kitchen. Our host Amanda was very friendly and responsive. We appreciated being on this working ranch that has horses and goats. The ranch is a bit out of the way from sights like the Sonoran Desert Museum, but at night you have a clear view of the stars. If we were to be in the area again we sure would stay for another night.

Wonderful taste of high desert ranch life

Amanda and Matt and their family were the consummate hosts. Their ranch boasts beautiful views and easy access to Tuscon and the sights to the east (Kartchner Caverns, Tombstone, etc). Our daughters loved meeting all the animals (five newborn baby goats!) and we loved the peacefulness of the area. The casita slept all four of us easily and the kitchen had everything needed to prep and cook meals. Whenever we return to Tuscon, we will be sure to once again attempt to stay in this fabulous home.
