The apartment "Seaside" is quiet and yet in the center of Prerow in a straight line to the pier.
Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful beach and pier are 600 meters away.
This apartment was completed in 2019 and equipped with every comfort for a pleasant holiday. Underfloor heating in all rooms, modern new kitchen with island, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, stove, coffee maker, kettle, capsule machine, etc.,
Living area with sofa bed, armchair, stool, flat screen, W-Lan, PlayStation 4 and fireplace.
Bedroom with box spring bed, large closet, insect repellent, blackout and TV.
A dining area, large terrace with sitting area, barbecue and sun loungers, modern bathroom with floor-level rain shower.
2 free parking spaces.

Darß im Herbst
Das Objekt entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Für zwei Personen ist es ideal, für mehr wird es etwas eng, wenn man die Terrasse nicht nutzen kann.

Super Wohnung, örtliche Restaurants überfordert
Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr sauber, im Bad könnte der Showerkopf in der Dusche mal entkalkt werden, ansonsten alles da, was man braucht, optimal gelegen, leider ist das Essen gehen Abends gg 19.00 Uhr fast unmöglich, da der Bedarf durch die Gäste nicht von den örtlichen Restaurants gedeckt werden kann, Reservieren ist ebenfalls nicht möglich, schade wenn man im Urlaub auf Kochen verzichten möchte und dadurch gezwungen wird, sich schon einen Tisch ab 17 Uhr zu suchen und bis 18 Uhr fertig sein soll lt Bedienung, zumal man nur Platz auf der überdachten Terrasse - zwar mit Heizstrahlern - bekommt, ob das Corona geschuldet ist, bezweifeln wir, landschaftlich sehr schön, die gute Luft war sehr erholsam, trotzdem vielen Dank für den doch überwiegend schönen Urlaub

Es fehlt wirklich nichts! Alles sehr gut durchdacht, modern und wertig eingerichtet. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Wirklich tolle FeWo (und wir haben schon etliche bewohnt).

Schöne Zeit auf dem Darß
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Ihrer Ferienwohnung!
Die Unterkunft ist relativ neu und sehr gut ausgestattet mit hohem Standard! Die Fußbodenheizung und der Kamin haben uns ein paar wärmende Stunden in der kalten Zeit beschert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
