Welcome to Good Vibes Only. This is our Brand new listing we’re excited to bring to you.

‘The Vibe’ is a quaint Nashville vacation rental community walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Located adjacent to the living Waters brewery and barista Parlor, this is the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or end it with a locally brewed beer in hand…

Just a short 5 minute Uber to ‘5 Points’ or 10 minutes to downtown Broadway and all sorts of other local attractions and amenities.

This four bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome will easily accommodate all of yours and your traveling companion’s needs. The open kitchen features a large island flowing into a dining and living area. Designer accent walls can be found throughout this stylish property. All four bedrooms feature either an en-suite bathroom or are located adjacent to a full private bathroom. There is plenty of closet space, comfortable beds and linens and multiple flat screen TVs.

The property contains a two car garage. Additional parking within the community is limited to paid parking only. It’s best suited to groups utilizing ride share from the airport or 2 vehicles max.

Here is a brief description of the sleeping arrangements throughout the home:

Bedroom 1 - king bed with en-suite bathroom and flatscreen TV. Located on ground floor (Sleeps up to 2)

Bedroom 2 - king bed and additional roll away bed, large walk-in closet with en-suite bathroom and flatscreen TV. Located on top floor (Sleeps up to 3)

Bedroom 3 - King bed with en suite bathroom and flatscreen TV and a roll away bed. Located on top floor (Sleeps up to 3)

Bedroom 4 - 2 Queen size custom bunks. Office desk and flat screen TV, with bathroom immediately adjacent. Located on the main level (Sleeps up to 4)

The home was very nice. Loved the kitchen! Was easy to check in and the host was easily accessible. Just be prepared to get your exercise in here though as it has a ton of steps. All in all I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

We enjoyed our stay. There are 3 levels to the home. Bedrooms on all 3 floors. The garage stated is equipped for 2 reasonably sized vehicles. We had an expedition and a Toyota tundra. Couldn’t close the garage door if the expedition was in there. But it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay at this house. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, the property was as described, and in a convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to cook (we prepared Thanksgiving dinner here and only needed to buy a few cake rounds). Our only issue was that a few things were clearly broken or used up, like a few bathroom lights out and the smoke detector hanging off the ceiling, and there were unsightly scratches and scuffs everywhere. It didn't affect the quality of our stay, but it did make everything look a little shabbier. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we had others visiting us at the house. If it's just your family and you don't have anyone coming over, you're probably fine.

The overall house was great. We had no internet when we got there was the only issue. And even though we told manager that the thermostats wouldnt run bc of no internet, he consistently disagreed. Weather was 46 degrees, so we were freezing until about 10 am next day when AT&T guy said blown fuse so no, there was no heat until we connected w/internet. Other than that glitch, nice house.

Nashville Grand Prix stay

We our a race team out of Indy and this place was a perfect place to relax after our very hot and hectic race day. Just a few minutes from Nissan stadium, with plenty of restaurants and breweries near by, it is extremely convenient. Also, because each room has its own on-suit, everyone had their own space to get away. Way more bang for the money than a hotel.

Good location and space

Location of this unit is great. Being close enough to downtown yet far enough away for quite. The place has everything you could need for your stay. It could use a fresh coat of paint throughout. Small maintenance issues that I brought up to the property owner. If you have a larger party with more than 2 cars, that's going to be an issue with parking. I do recommend this place for your Nashville stay.

A Perfect Nashville Stay

There were six of us in total staying for a long weekend. The unit was so well appointed and felt just like being at home. It's very well lit and all bedrooms have complete privacy and are roomy with modern decor and very comfortable beds. We were looking for a place with private baths for all of us, and this fit the bill. I had a couple of questions during our stay, and the owner replied within a few minutes of every message. Instructions on check in and check out were clear and concise. We didn't rent a car and used Uber any time we wanted to go to Broadway or the Opry - the unit is about halfway between the two and is located in a quaint neighborhood with plenty of conveniences and restaurants. Right next door is the cutest coffee shop/brewery with the best service and drinks in town. When I go back to Nashville, I would stay there again in a second.

Nice condo for a family get-together

We enjoyed having the large table that attaches to the kitchen island. There was enough space for our 8 guests, although the bedding description was a little off. Notably, the bedroom with two beds listed is actually a bunk room, and instead of queen sized mattresses, there are two double beds. However, because there were two roll-away cots, we were able to make it work. The decor is great in the condo - very updated and stylish. The walls throughout the condo are in dire need of painting, because there are scuff marks from luggage everywhere. That didn't detract from the overall feel though, which was good. Parking is a little dicey - the garage is tight, and our large SUV barely fit both length-wise and height-wise. If you have a luggage rack on top of an SUV, you probably can't get into the garage, which is problematic, because the lot parking at the complex doesn't allow for overnight parking.
