The cozy, bright 2-room apartment (37m²) is located on the first floor of the house. The Non smoking apartment has a living room (sitting area, flat screen TV) with access to a large balcony, a separate kitchen (fridge, stove and oven), a spacious shower room and a bedroom with double bed (140x200cm).

The apartment in the Ahlbecker Goethestraße is located in close proximity to the sprawling beach and the beautiful promenade (100m). You can reach many shops as easily on foot, as the numerous restaurants. The Ostseetherme can be reached in a few minutes, it offers especially in the cool season a pleasant change.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 01:00 to 10:00.

Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster

Tageslichtbad als Begriff war mir bekannt aber ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster ist schon besonders Aber wenn man bei 5 Grad die Balkontür nachts komplett offen lässt und ein zweites Fenster im WZ öffnet, die ganze Nacht, kommt irgendwann auch etwas frische Luft in dem Schlafraum an. Der Verwalter ist super nett und kompetent und die Lage sehr gut
