The Villa Sanke, renovated in 2016, is located 150m from the beach and only a few minutes' walk from the center of the Ahlbeck seaside resort.

The apartment Sunshine is located in the attic of a 100 year old villa and is modern and stylish. The entrance area leads to the open living area with a sofa bed for 1 person and to the adjacent sleeping area with a 1.60 m wide bed. A kitchen unit integrated in the living area has two induction fields and an oven with hot air, grill and microwave. The daylight bathroom with bathtub is right next door.

A parking space is available on the property.

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Der Balkon ist hübsch, man sieht von da den Sonnenaufgang und auch den Untergang zumindest die Verfärbung des Himmels. Die Einrichtung ist modern, das Geschirr alles ganz. Das Bett auch in Ordnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist spitzenmässig. Im Handumdrehn ist man am Strand. 3 Dinge, die ich nicht optimal finde sind folgende: Die Gardinenschals müssen anders befestigt werden. Will man sie bewegen rutschen sie an der Halterung aus den Klammern. Der Stoff ist für diese zu glatt und zu wenig. Die Fenster in den Dachschrägen kann ich also 1.60 Person nicht öffnen ohne auf den Stuhl zu steigen, was ich nur einmal gemacht habe im Bad. Ein stabiler Tritthocker wäre von Vorteil oder ähnlich. Die Badewanne wurde mehrfach angesprochen in den Bewertungen. Duschen mit Haare waschen ist schwierig ohne das das Bad schwimmt. Auch deswegen wäre das Fenster öffnen wichtig. Ansonsten bedaure ich das die Woche herum ist. Ich habe traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge gesehen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall mal wieder.

die wohnung ist klein aber fein. jedoch für ältere, also rentner, etwas schwierig. die zweite etage ist schon eine herausvorderung. die wanne ist zu tief, unfallgefahr, man kann beim aussteigen abrutschen. die ausstattung ist aber gut bis sehr gut. die lage zum strand und zum zentrum ist ok.
