Was a great place for the weekend- has everything you would want/need for multiple families, etc (except a grill-only thing missing). A lot of wonderful little touches that were helpful including water bottles in the fridge, snacks, fully stocked kitchen with great coffee choices- and most appreciative of the limited check out work. Had a great stay! Highly recommend!

Greg and his group did a fantastic job taking care of our cottage. Everything was left neat and tidy, and they followed all the house rules. Communication was excellent, and Greg shared a bit about the fun they had during their stay. This is exactly the kind of experience we designed the cottage for. We'd be happy to host them again anytime!

Ideal for our group coming back for a reunion at Miami. Overall the house is well kept and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Spacious back yard. Game room fun when we had a few extra minutes. The room configuration is a bit awkward as you need to walk through one bedroom to get to two others unless you go outside the house.

Thank you so much for the great rating and review, James! We're thrilled you and your group enjoyed your stay. I did want to clarify one small thing for future guests: all of our bedrooms are accessible without walking through another bedroom or going outside. The two bedrooms you are referring to are accessible by using the main staircase to the lower level. When staying at a new place, floor plans can sometimes take a bit of time to get used to! Thanks again for staying with us!

Great stay

Excellent stay and huge home made this a great spot for alumni friends visiting campus. Only complaint was that the house terms were not provided with the booking, so I had already paid and then was presented with additional terms and limitations. Other than that, very communicative hosts and a great place to stay.

Hi Laura, We are glad you enjoyed your stay and all our home has to offer. We were disappointed in your rating choice since all of our terms are available for you to see on the Vrbo website. We put a lot of time and effort into making sure every guest has an enjoyable visit. This misunderstanding could have easily been cleared up if you would have brought your concerns to our attention.

Comfortable and Fun Home away from Home

We had 3 families stay here while dropping off our freshmen at Miami University, and it was absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious, wonderful yard and amenities, close to campus, etc. Everything we could have asked for and more. We hope to stay here many times again over the next four years while our kids are at the University!

Perfect Oxford Accommodations

This home was perfect for 8 of us while attending a swim meet. The property was the cleanest I have ever experienced and the home was stocked really well. We were able to easily cook meals for all of us. There was plenty of space to escape as our swimmers napped during the day. We will definitely be staying at this property again!
