2 bedroom (4 beds) 1 bath home with beautiful mountain views located in the center of Sunland. Gravel driveway that can fit 2-4 cars + corner lot offers front and side street parking when available. Access to boat launch. Phoneix Pizza, Captian Ron's convince store with barista stand and ice cream just a couple minute walk away. Short walk to park and river beaches. Lush green grass fully fenced, great for kids and yard games, full kitchen, WIFI, Firestick TV, DVD's, boardgames, A/C, large deck w/ BBQ for entertaining.
