Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

POOL NOTICE: If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is a $75 per day charge for each day of your of stay. Pool heater is set at 83 degrees and will not be adjusted. Please notify us if you would like to add on this amenity to your reservation at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. **Please note weather/air temperature can affect the pool temperature.
