Modern home in East Austin - 8 minutes to downtown

Our beautiful home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room with all the amenities, desk area with wireless internet, great outdoor space, and sleeps six comfortably.

A few of other great aspects are the 65' TV downstairs with lots of hangout space, TVs in two of the bedrooms, Nespresso machine in the kitchen, rainfall shower, and tons of fun boardgames.

Our home is only 10 minutes away from the Austin Bergstrom Airport, and a short Uber/Lyft ride from Austin's best bars and restaurants. This neighborhood in trendy East Austin is also close proximity to great shopping, downtown Austin, University of Texas Baseball & Football Fields, Franklins, Justine's Brasserie, El Chilito, Mueller neighborhood, parks, and hike & bike trails.

While this house is a B unit, you can never hear your shared-wall neighbors and there is a private fenced-in yard to enjoy. There is a carport and driveway available for your use as well as plenty of street parking if necessary.

Please be mindful that this is our primary home and a family neighborhood so please be respectful to all neighbors. There will be a downstairs closet locked and unavailable as well as the two closets in the master bedroom.

This is an incredible part of Austin, you will absolutely love it.
