What some of our guests don't about our listing:
-The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each upstairs bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and opening a few windows helps create a great cross breeze to cool down the home fast!

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 Guests! The master bedroom and second bedrooms features a king bed, one queen bed and the last bedroom has a spacious double bed. The bonus room upstairs is equipped with a brand new pullout queen sofa bed as well!

All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens for your comfort and wellbeing.

Enjoy complimentary wireless internet with Netflix, tea and coffee during your stay!

The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at your own home!

You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including an attached double car garage located at the front of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to South Edmonton Common or the Downtown Core or Whyte Ave - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

Located in the most affluent neighborhood in all of Edmonton, this thriving pocket in the Southwest of town has everything you could possibly imagine for amenities, and then some! Inside the shopping district of Windermere Currents, you'll find all the major Canadian banks, large outlet stores from all your favorite brands, coffee shops, workout gyms, gas stations, restaurants, grocery chains, hardware stores, just to scratch the surface.

Getting around in Ambleside is easy and convenient. Our property offers garage parking for two vehicles, so you can feel secure and protected while you park your car. Additionally, there is ample free street parking available for guests.

The Anthony Henday ring road is also just a short drive away, providing quick and easy access to other parts of the city. Whether you're driving, taking public transportation, or walking, getting around in Ambleside is a breeze.

*Please note that our dishwasher at the property is currently out of order. A replacement dishwasher will be arriving at the property and installed on July 12th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for those traveling before that time.

*Please note* - Additional guest fee apply after 4 guests

* Please note * - We do require a $750 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

You will be assessed for suitability by fully answering all our pre-screening questions. We need to ensure that the expectations for our property are fully understood. Therefore, we retain the right to collect payment directly from you if there are ANY damages or items missing to our home after you have checked out. Please confirm that you agree with this and understand that you will be charged for full payment if the home is left damaged in any way. If the reservation is booked on an instant book basis, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we determine that you do not meet the eligibility requirements and have not provided us with the requested information.

Fun times with family and friends
The property was clean and well cared for. Lots of space for two families and 5 kids under the age of 12. Easy access to WEM and fairly easy to get to Rogers Center. Only thing I would ask for would be a few extra forks which is a easy fix. Thank you for making our stay in Edmonton enjoyable.

We stayed for 3 nights to attend 2 games it was a distance from the arena but still manageable House was close to several shopping areas with some great restaurants. Second time staying with pique properties and will definitely use them again
