Beautiful beach house!

This is a beautiful property and perfect for a beach trip! We had 7 total people, including 5 children. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids! The beach access is directly across the street, which is incredibly convenient. We were there the first week in April, and it was chillier than we would have liked, but the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for us. The house was very well-equipped, and it was an asset to have kitchen supplies (foil, parchment, coffee pods, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, etc.), laundry supplies, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Also, Brad was really easy to communicate with! Overall, we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home and would happily return in the future!

Family Week at Timeout

We had a great stay, with excellent beach weather and thoroughly enjoyed the new amenities of the “New Timeout”. Our family, from young to older, requested a return to Timeout in the future. That said, is the highest of endorsements.

Great house with everything included and in the perfect location

Our group consisted of 10 adults (45+), half love the beach, half love the pool. This house was the best of both worlds: and private pool and the beach across the street. An added bonus were pool toys and yard games to play! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for people who like to cook and grill (just bring your own seasonings/spices). The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The showers were stocked with Dove body wash, Kirkland's shampoo and conditioner, which was a nice surprise. Overall, the house was perfect for our group. We have already discussed making this a yearly trip and would definitely book this house again.

House and Location - Excellent!

The house is great. Recently renovated and beautiful. Kitchen is fully furnished - I mean with everything you need to cook with and lots of tableware. Also plenty of towels. There were 14 of us - 4 families with 8 adults and 6 children. The pool was perfect with it ranging from 3-5 feet deep. It was awesome to watch the sun set and rise from the crow's walk on top of the roof. And so close to the beach. One bit of information - the beach does not allow canopy's. So leave yours at home. Umbrellas - yes! We all enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The owner, Brad, was quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. Perfect week!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at a beautiful home! Everything was top notch, very well stocked with all amenities! The pool was a definite plus with our great grandchildren & grandchildren when we were not wanting to go to the beach. Brad was always a text away to answer any question we had, I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone, as long as they go & take care of it as if it were their own home! Thank you so much!
