Apartment 3 is located on the second floor of an apartment building. You enter the apartment in a bright corridor from which the other rooms each depart. In the living room a large living area offers enough space for all guests. The open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. You can have breakfast together at the round dining table. Or you can have breakfast in one of the bakeries in the old town (only 100m away). The apartment has a bedroom with a boxspring bed with a comfortable sleeping height and a wardrobe. The single bed in the second bedroom has a comfortable width of 1.40 m. The children's room has a bunk bed. There are also some toys for the little ones. A bathroom with bath, shower and toilet completes the old town apartment. Room layout - all rooms are located on the 2nd floor. First floor on one level -: • 1 living room with open kitchen and dining table, • 1 bedroom with double bed (1,80m x 2,00m) and space for 1 travel cot, • 1 bedroom with single bed (1,40m x 2,00m), • 1 bedroom with bunk beds (0,90m x 2,00m), • 1 bathroom with tub / shower / WC.

There are 3 apartments in the apartment building with the distinctive bay window. It is located in the middle of the old town of Waren (Müritz). All apartments have several bedrooms, while modern kitchens are equipped with dishwashers. Each apartment has a parking space. You park in a row directly at the house. Other cars park for free 700m / 8min walk away. You can store your bicycles in the shared storage room. Guests appreciate not only the dignified equipment but especially the convenient location of the apartments near the pedestrian area. In the pedestrian area are several bakers, so you not only get fresh bread, but also breakfast. Everything can be reached on foot. You also do your shopping in the old town (only a few meters). A large number of pubs, restaurants and cafes can be found in the old town. The entire old town is traffic-calmed (30 km / h). Waren (Müritz) lies on the north bank of the Müritz - the largest lake in Germany. The marina is the tourist center of the spa goods (Müritz). The sports boat and marina and the historic old town are close to each other in the spa town of Waren (Müritz). You start your boat trip over the Müritz from the city harbor or from the Steinmole - only five minutes walk from the apartment. In the spa goods (Müritz) you can rent a variety of boats. Several bike rentals can be found especially in the Historic Old Town. The youngest are sure to be interested in the beach with a slide on the Müritz and the Müritz climbing forest. The M��RITZEUM is recommended for every guest. Right on the outskirts begins the Müritz National Park.
