Charming 2nd floor condo is located in the Appoquinimink School District in Middletown. The Kitchen is spacious and has 42” maple cabinets and a breakfast bar into the combination Dining/Living room. Snuggle up with a movie, or good book in front of the gas fireplace. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with double bowl vanity & walk in shower. Another spacious bedroom and full hall bath offers plenty of space for loved ones, or out of town guests. My favorite part of this condo is the large screened in porch that overlooks a tree line and leads to a large open deck. Enjoy the fresh air throughout the year, watch fireflies and relax. You might just be able to see the Middletown 4th of July fireworks right from the privacy of your deck! Located near the Frog Hollow Golf Course, just minutes from downtown. Building has an elevator and 2 staircases. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, all major routes for commuting, or heading down to the Beach!
