My favorite part of this condo is the large screened in porch that overlooks a tree line and leads to a large open deck. Enjoy the fresh air throughout the year, watch fireflies and relax. You might just be able to see the Middletown 4th of July fireworks right from the privacy of your deck! Located near the Frog Hollow Golf Course, just minutes from downtown. Building has an elevator and 2 staircases. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, all major routes for commuting, or heading down to the Beach!

There's also a golf course to compete with friends or just for viewing. This property has updated furniture, clean and comfortable suited best for a getaway.
