Nagi was a great host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! He is easy to communicate with and made the process enjoyable and easy. His property is beautiful. We had so much fun meeting all of the horses, goats and other animals on the farm.
The host has great communication, and the place is beautiful. There were a few issues with the hot tub and some things that were out of his control, but he was quick to accommodate us and always responsive. We had a great time celebrating the New Year. It’s a wonderful place to get away from the chaos of the city. Had a great time with my family and it was the right place to be for the new year.
Nagi was a great host and the property was amazing! Jacuzzi on the deck was wonderful to relax in, and Nagi brought us firewood for the firepit. Beautiful setting to watch the sunrise/sunset, and you're allowed to walk the property including orchard, horse stables/pastures, outdoor picnic area, and ponds!
Our host Nagi, amazing person! We booked this place & the venue in one to host a Baby Shower for my sister up North at his place. Spacious, all the things necessary and not far from needed stores. The host & his crew. Truly awesome people. I would not hesitate to book again if ever staying in Townsend again. This place is gorgeous!

Beautiful farm setting with friendly animals. Host very responsive and accommodating. Fenced in pet area overgrown. Kitchen and bathrooms can use some updates.
As soon as we turned into the farm, the long driveway welcomed us with beautiful horses playing in the pasture. The backyard had stunning views of a massive Silver Maple tree and the Blackbird State Forest. We stayed for 8 nights & spent many hours relaxing on the large deck. It was the perfect location for my dog. It has a dog run (large square) attached to the deck, so she could be left off the leash. I highly recommend this if you’re traveling with pets. The house inside was very comfortable. I don’t cook when I rent, so I can’t say too much about the kitchen except it was spacious. It also had a Nija coffee machine (there were coffee pods included) and a nice water cooler that poured very cold water, which came in very handy for us. The bedrooms were all good sized, especially the primary with a large dresser & closet. The bathroom was also large with a jetted tub, walk in shower with crazy jet action & double sink vanity. All the beds were comfortable.Nagi, the owner was on site & very responsive before & during our stay. He’s obviously very proud of his beautiful farm & was happy to show us around the property. He encouraged us to pick wild mulberries & cherries next to the house. We also toured the orchard, visited the pig & goats, but we missed seeing the brand-new peacocks; next time. Each night we’d feed apples & carrots to the horses over the shared fence. Several of our guests described it as magical & & I could not disagree!
It's a lovely setting with great potential and the host is working hard to realize his vision for this property. Nagi is very helpful and responsive.

The location is excellent and beautiful. Plenty of space and visiting the horses was a treat. The inside was less so. There was a significant ant and fly problem even with constant cleaning. Half of the windows lack screens. The hot tub was half full and cold. One of the bathtubs had paint peeling. Every bed frame was squeaking and the multiple motion sensor lights outside were super sensitive. Given that the bedrooms had no curtains (only blinds) without a sleep mask it was difficult to get any consistent sleep. The home has obviously gotten a makeover, but it was cheaply done (poorly installed peel and stick backsplash, contact paper countertops, sloppy painting of trim, etc. ) This was also hands down the poorest stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. Dull knives, one old and small flexible cutting board, the largest glass was a juice glass, the pots were over used non stick with many scratches, the strainer was broken around the rim and routinely cut me when I was trying to use it. The property is gorgeous but the accommodations do not deserve the price tag.
We hadan outstanding stay. The hosts,Nagi &Monni, made sure everything was perfect. The house was clean&beautifully furnished and well-supplied.Our dogs were allowed to stay with us and had a nice fenced in area. The deck was great for morning coffee, sunrises &sunsets, and watching the wonderful horses in the surrounding pastures. Our hosts encouraged us to explore the property and enjoy all it had to offer. The horses seemed to enjoy our interaction and attention. The walk back around the wooded picnic area, the orchard, the pond with the dock and the walking trail around it allowed us to hear wild turkeys, see some of Delaware wildlife such as deer, rabbits, geese in such a spectacular setting. We could hear a donkey braying off in the distance. There were lots of deer tracks back by the pond. We did not have enough time to enjoy the hot tub or the fire pit but will definitely try to enjoy them both on our next stay. Both are great ways to relaz &enjoy evenings on the farm. There was a very sweet yellow and white kitty that came to visit us and showered us with affection. An adorable beagle came by a few times to see what was up.If you love animals, you might bring apples for horses, and dog and cat treats. We can't say enough great things about this beautiful, peaceful place, and highly recommend you stay here if you come to Delaware. The hosts are so kind and pleasant. This is where great memories are made!
Stayed for two nights on weekend trip to visit family. House was clean and amenities were very nice. Shower with jacuzzi in master bath was very nice, kitchen had everything needed. Large deck with outside fire pit and string lights was a good nighttime hang out. There is also a hot-tub that is just off the decking area.Would stay here again
Off the beaten path, but close to Dover and other sites. Renovated home was just as seen in the posted photos. Property was well maintained with friendly horses greeting you every morning and evening. The host was very gracious and went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. This was a great experience and we plan on returning.
Place was great, we enjoyed the time around the farm, interacting with the horses, donkeys, goats, emus, dogs, cats, pig and a wild tortoise. It's lots of fun if you like animals and the outdoors
