Beautiful Shore House with Heated Saltwater Pool and Bay!

The search for the perfect Jersey Shore beach house is over! What makes this newly furnished beach home so special? First, there are the stunning bay views with private dock, vacation-ready layout for up to 12 guests and private heated saltwater pool. Then there’s the central location near the best shopping, dining and beaches on the Jersey Shore, including the free-public beaches just 5 minutes away or Seaside Heights' historical boardwalk and beach only 20 minutes away.
The space
A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including a fully stocked coffee bar for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. The living space is open and airy. Colors are serene and neutral and comfort is the standard. Beautiful windows flood the space with natural light.

With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 12 people. The primary bedroom on the first level and features an ensuite bath, walk in closet and remote workstation along with the main living area, second bedroom with a full bed and a powder room. On the second level, the third bedroom offers 2 Bunk Beds, Full over Full with a twin trundle and a Twin over Full. The fourth bedroom features a Full bed, these two bedrooms share the large hall bath. We cannot forget the additional loft area which features an epic game area stocked with board games, cards, coloring books, an imported European foosball table, and so much more!

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, walk out to the large swimming pool surrounded with a large patio offering both a lounge and dining area perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine. The sunny backyard features a gas-grill, Tiki Bar, fully stocked with all the items you will need to enjoy the pool and the neighborhood beach ( 6 beach chairs, sand toys, pool floaties etc.) Our home also has a new two-seater kayak great for exploring the neighborhood lagoons.

The house is located a few minutes away from a small neighborhood beach located on Barnegat Bay. The calm bay water is perfect for small children and families to relax and enjoy. During the summer months you will find a lifeguard on duty.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house, shed filled with pool & beach accessories, kayak, private swimming pool, outdoor shower, grill, tiki bar, and bay.

Please note: Pool and bay access will be closed October-mid-May.

This house is incredible, and the Lopez family has thought of everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. The pool was fantastic, and the dock was ideal for crabbing. The beds were also extremely comfortable!

This house was perfect! The house was warm and inviting. We had 9 people and the house had more than enough room for us all. Beautifully decorated to make you feel like you're home. The host was awesome. If we had any questions we got immediate response. The house has everything, so you don't have to overpack. Enjoyed the coffee bar and the complimentary snacks. Very nice area and close to stores. If you're looking for the perfect, cozy home, this is it! You won't be disappointed.

The house and neighborhood were excellent! Having a private pool for the kids was great. The shed was equiped with everything we needed for the beach and the pool! That was such an added bonus. The kayaks were a great experience and so were the bikes! Really set this place apart and helped keep evwryone busy when we were not at the beach. Beds were very comfy. Amazing house

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy a much needed family vacation!! Gorgeous pool and views of the lagoon. We are already trying to pick our dates for next year. Beautiful home

The property was exactly how it was pictured - bright, clean, spacious. Perfect for my friends to all get together and spend time poolside or coming together over meals. We were 1.5 miles away from an awesome bayside restaurant and also walking distance to a mini beach. Everything worked well from the wifi to outdoor Bluetooth speaker to the smart tv.

Wonderful get-away

We had an amazing time. The house was clean and very welcoming. It had everything we needed for a mini vacation. My teens loved the pool and the play area on the second floor. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks and spending our evenings in the beautiful backyard overlooking the bay. The Lopes’ were excellent hosts and we hope to come back in the future.

Great Vacation

What a great vacation we had. The house was very neat and all of the items they provided made it very accommodating. It almost felt like we were staying at a relatives house! We had five kids ranging from ages 3-7 and the pool was perfect for them and they all loved staying in the bunk bed room. One of the toilets got clogged and I couldn’t find a plunger, the owner had one sent over within a few hours. We will definitely be back.

My family and I had the most wonderful week!! The home is just beautiful. Super clean and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare our meals! The bedrooms were spacious and all the beds were made up with the most cozy linens and comforters. A linen closet filled with fluffy towels and the jacuzzi tub was a great treat!!
