Newly redone and ready to host you and your guests. 7 bedrooms, large dining area and 2 living rooms makes this the perfect place for a family vacation. Beach access is located directly across the street. 8 beach badges are included. A short walk to the Seaside Heights Boardwalk and amusements. Premium mattresses, washer, dryer and outdoor shower. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to put the trash out on the last garbage pick up day of your stay.
Please remove all food, beverages and personal items. Be sure to leave the beach badges where you found them at check in and return any keys to Seaside Realty. Keys can be dropped in their mailbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This property does not allow group/prom rentals. Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave with no refunds.
Late check outs will be billed at $350 per hour.
Please be sure to leave all beach badges in the same place they were at check in. Missing badges will be billed at $110 per badge

Perfect location, great pool

We had an amazing stay - the location is perfect, right across the street from the beach, walking distance to rides/games. The house is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. The heated pool is wonderful. The owners left a lovely housewarming gift bag which was a very nice touch. Our only issue was the downstairs bedroom next to the laundry room was very cold and the thermostat adjustments did not help. Overall we had a lovely week with our extended family. We would definitely rent again.
