The space
This clean, spacious condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have king sized beds, pillow top mattresses, ceiling fans, and lots of storage. Bathrooms have large vanities with double sinks, walk in showers, and all essentials. The open, airy living room contains a 50” 4K TV with Netflix, sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a water purification system and dining table. The large, private balcony, with dining tables & chairs, lounge chairs, and a hot tub, overlooks the pool and ocean, with a direct view of the Arch. For your convenience, on premises there is a mini-mart with liquor store, café, and doctor’s clinic, and you will have a dedicated, free parking spot.
