About this property

Idyllic feel-good oasis in Dießen am Ammersee

Our 123 sqm apartment (complete floor, 1st Floor) includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 pantry, large corridor. The large, open living area includes a kitchen with an integrated bar, a cozy corner (large sofa bed) with a fireplace, a large dining area and a living room with a smart TV and music system. Adjacent to the living area, you can have a wonderful breakfast in the winter garden or on the balcony with a view of our garden and a small forest, or simply enjoy the summer. Our apartment is located 5 minutes on foot from the center, in 10 minutes you are on foot at the Ammersee. Opposite our house is the Diessen swimming pool with a sauna. Around the corner (1.5 minutes walk there is a super quiet beautiful beer garden with a restaurant.
Our house consists of a small apartment in the basement, the main apartment on the 1st floor (your domicile) and an attic apartment. The accommodation is very quiet in a cul-de-sac, opposite is a small forest and fields.
