Studio avec vue magnifique sur la mer, emplacement prisé dans le centre de Cabourg, mais mal équipé (literie inconfortable notamment) Idéal pour un court séjour

Vue Ă©poustouflante sur la mer et la plage pour ce bel appartement rĂ©cemment et joliment rĂ©novĂ© , trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, situĂ© au bord de la plage dans une copropriĂ©tĂ© trĂšs bien entretenue , calme et sĂ©curisĂ©e . La place de parking privative en sous-sol est apprĂ©ciable ! Nous avons bien envie de le louer Ă  nouveau et l'avons mĂȘme conseillĂ© Ă  des proches .

Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas au bien louĂ©, sur place couchage sur canapĂ© lit de mauvaise qualitĂ© au lieu de 2 lits montrĂ©s sur les photos . Douille de chantier sans abat-jour dans la piĂšce alors que sur la photo trĂšs beaux spots. Baie vitrĂ©e complĂštement vĂ©tuste et opaque empĂȘchant de profiter de la vue sur la mer, balcon dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ© et sale .La tĂ©lĂ©vision fonctionne 1x sur 2 trĂšs mauvaise rĂ©ception, aucun signal....

Dommage !

L'appartement manque d'entretien et donc se dégrade. Ce qui reste inchangée et précieux c'est sa situation avec vue sur la mer. Dommage que la baie vitrée soit devenue terne et le balcon trÚs abßmé. A souligner également le tarif trop élevé d'internet et la cafetiÚre de secours toujours en service (trop petite et trop lente).

l'appartement est correct, le point nĂ©gatif est ce systĂšme de 2 lits de 90 accolĂ©s, au lieu d'un clic clac, ce qui fait qu'ils prennent en permanence beaucoup de place et qu'on n'a jamais la bonne taille de draps de pus le double vitrage des portes fenĂȘtres est plein d'humiditĂ© ce qui fait que la vue est brouillĂ©e
