Our goal with this pad is to serve your needs being so conveniently close to JFK Airport, Manhattan, Queens nightlife, UBS Arena and countless other neighboring activities. Parking is on the street. This house is separated into 2 apt’s. First floor serves as the Bnb and the Upstairs for a permanent tenant.
