Oceanfront Hideaway home sleeps 16 people. The top floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and another bedroom with a queen size bed a full kitchen living room with a 55 inch large screen TV. It also has an exercise bike and exercise mat. It has surrounding balconies and a private entrance if needed. The main floor of the house has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and two other queen size beds located in the family room. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, living room, and ocean front balcony. The basement or studio has two queen size bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and tub, and outdoor patio furniture. The entire house has three wireless routers with high-speed Internet. There are a total of six large screen TVs in the house. There are a couple of surfboards and a boogie board for beach goers.

I bought this property when I was in the Coast Guard and before I could finish it I got transferred. 20 years later, I decided to move back.
Why they chose this property
This house sits away from the neighborhood. There are no neighbors. If you enjoy privacy, then this place is for you. The pictures do not do it justice. Once you get here, you will see what I am talking about.
What makes this property unique
There is only one Oceanfront Hideaway in Puerto Rico and this is it. From the house, you can see, Arecibo, Quebradillas, all the way around to Shore Island and Middles. It sits by itself on a peninsula yet is only minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants.
