location was good nice and quite, property was bad..
VBRO connects with novasol and that sucks, because after we payed we got a list with requirements like hoe we should clean the property ourselves, I mean... we are on a holiday. The whole idea is to enjoy our rest!! That said, the properly was not cleaned well. Windows where dirty and the bed sheets had hairs and dirt from the previous occupants. The shower was extremely small and patched up with ducktape (I am not kidding, I have pictures of it). And the whole setup of the cottage was 'back to the 80ties'.
If you want you occupants to clean the rooms (I do understand that part..) then setup a modern minimalistic room with the needed items. Not full with items that can gather dust and what not. Keep the cupboards to the bare minimum and ensure it's cleanable. The shower for example had stains and mold at the bottom. The bad was to old and I was laying in a hole and woke up with pain in the back and neck.... I can go on and on but really, this place was not worth the money and should really have been renovated to modern rentable standards..
