We stay here every summer. It is beautiful, well equipped, in a great location, and Sue is always helpful, responsive, and accommodating. We love this little spot and will stay here again.
The house was perfect for our vacation in Bozeman. It had all the amenities, lovely outdoor space, proximity to downtown, restaurants, hiking trails, etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable and my wife and I both slept well every night. It was the optimal combination of space and location and we look forward to staying again the next time we are in town.
What a perfect house for Bozeman stay! The location is walkable to xc and walking trails, downtown, stores, and museum. The house itself is cozy and super comfortable. Sue was available and helpful but not intrusive. Highly recommend. We hope to return!
Older home in great condition with many extras. Pantry has all the basics. Manager extraordinarily easy to work with. Even the neighbors were welcoming and friendly. It is a mature neighborhood, even though it is close to MSU campus it is not a spot for parties and excessive noise. It was perfect for a retired couple.
The house was interesting, well stocked, and enjoyable - and close to the university and downtown section of Bozeman. The hosts were always ready to help on any questions or problems. We hope we can stay there again in the future.

This little house was perfect for our family of 4 (two boys 8 and 10). It’s beautifully decorated, clean, well appointed, has comfortable mattresses and linens, lots of great windows, and the outdoor patio area is fantastic. Sue and her crew of property managers were so nice and easy to work with. I’d definitely stay here again.
We love staying at this little house! I’m an ex Bozeman resident and my family is still here. So we’ve come to visit them and stayed in this house for a month for three summers in a row now. Sue is so helpful and easy to work with, the house is beautiful. It is in the perfect location (near town and the bike trails that take you there), is well equipped, has good outdoor space, has comfortable beds, and is a great setup for our family of 4. We will be back next your!
My wife and I stayed here for a month and it was truly a great home away from home. Sue and her team were attentive to every need, but really the property is on automatic pilot. Great indoor and outdoor space with attractive design and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you would ever need, bathrooms were great,
We have booked again for next year and hope to for many years to come.
We loved the historic feeling of this beautiful home, but with all the modern conveniences. The close proximity to Montana State gave us a bird’s eye view to the hustle and bustle of campus life which was enjoyable for us senior citizens. Sue’s attention and communication was great and we enjoyed having her as our host. All round this was a very positive experience.
The house was very clean! Very important to me. It was well stocked as well. It was centrally located and within walking distance to MSU and Bozeman. I couldn’t have asked for more. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful! I will definitely be back. I like to consider Montana my home away from home! I loved it!!
Our 2nd or 3rd stay here. A month here and it feels like home. You never want to leave!
The house is beautiful inside and out: great furnishings, first class marble countered kitchen with top appliances and every conceivable cookware item. Great gas fireplace in the living room.
Outdoors well kept with beautiful flower pots and sprinkler system to keep grass areas lush.
Great neighborhood with Langhor Garden walking trials with mountain views just 2 blocks away.
Great management as Sue professionally responds to any questions or needs, which are not often.
Just move in and enjoy this wonderful spot!
Me and my girlfriend rented the cottage on Garfield for 8 months and thought we would never leave. The property is wonderful, comfortable and well appointed for long term stays and the outdoor space for hanging out and cooking dinner on those long summer Montana days was the icing on the cake. The location on the south side of town is ideal, being walking distance to mains street restaurants and stores and within 15-45 minutes drive to blue ribbon trout streams (Gallatin/Yellowstone/Madison) and some of the best skiing in North America (Big sky/Bridger).
The property manager, Sue was the most attentive that we’ve ever experienced and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the duration of the stay.
The final thing I’ll say is that the bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable, and we’re actually going to be looking into buying the same one for ourselves!
I highly recommend staying at this property, you won’t regret it!
