Dear guests, I offer you a very spacious holiday apartment (approx. 48m²) with a terrace (+ approx. 12m²). The location is on the outskirts of Steinbach-Hallenberg. Despite this, they are only a 15-minute walk to the train station, bus stop, center and bakery. There are very good shopping opportunities nearby. The connections to cycling and hiking trails are right in front of the front door (street to the right and left, stairs up and down next to the house). The equipment includes a large living / bedroom, separate kitchen, shower / toilet, TV / radio, WiFi on request, terrace, courtyard entrance for cars / bicycles, storage space for bicycles / skis in the garage.

Mini-Haus mitten im Thüringer Wald
Die Ferienwohnung "Am Kirchberg" ist ein kleines Häuschen mit eigenem Eingang, sehr kleinem Bad und funktionellem Küchen- und Essbereich im Erdgeschoss und Schlafzimmer mit Sitzecke in der oberen Etage. Etwas beschwerlich ist das Rauf und Runter auf der sehr steilen Treppe, die beide Etagen verbindet.
Direkt nebenan wohnt der Vermieter, der als Wander- und Radtourenführer sehr wertvolle Tipps bereithält und bei Problemen rund um die Wohnung schnell für Abhilfe sorgt.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Für ein bis zwei Personen ist das Häuschen gut geeignet, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat. Die Anbindung an das Wanderwegenetz im Thüringer Wald ist sehr gut.

ich freue mich auf ein eventuelles Wiedersehen und mir macht es Spaß Gäste glücklich zu machen. Eine Nutzung der Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Liegestuhl ist ebenso möglich. Auch die Garage kann ohne Aufpreis zur Abstellmöglichkeit für mehrere Fahrräder genutzt werden.
