Enjoy this waterfront location along the Columbia River with breathtaking views of the Gorge cliffs and amazing sunsets. Your getaway home is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath located in Sunland Estates.

Enjoy a concert at the Gorge or go wine tasting and come home to relax! Your getaway home has riverfront access with a sandy beach for floating. Bring your ski boat or jet skis to launch nearby and enjoy the beautiful Columbia. The house equipped with everything you need to work and play.

The space
This riverfront home is a getaway dreams are made of! Your getaway home has unobstructed views of the river and cliffs from both the living space and patio. Sunland is for those who enjoy sun, concerts, relaxation and water sports! Sunland is a friendly community located just minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater in Eastern Washington about 150 miles east from Seattle and 140 miles west of Spokane.

Your getaway home is equipped with Wi-Fi, AC and Smart TV. The spacious dining room table seats 6 opening into the kitchen with an island and plenty of countertop space. You will find the kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerator/freezers (1 located in laundry room) a dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, K-Cups, toaster and blender. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer along with the necessary supplies for your stay.

Your master bedroom or bedroom #1 has a king bed, night tables, lamps, closet, ceiling fan, and en suite bath. The Master Bath has double sinks, soaking tub, shower and toilet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, dresser, night stands, closet and crib/pack-n-play. Bedroom #3 has a twin over full size bunkbed, dresser, and in the closet for guest use are games, puzzles, and books.

The covered porch features incredible views of the river and cliffs. You will find patio furniture and a barbecue. The beach, just beyond a bit of natural desert sand area, has a mixture of sandy areas and small rock areas, shade trees. The river is shallow for quite a distance and is perfect for floating. The river levels may fluctuate but there little current along the shore. There are chairs in the garage for your use at the beach.

Sunland Estates is a beautiful community with a private park including playset, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts! Within the community there is a small grocery store, gas station, pizza, and boat launch. Sunland is just minutes from the Gorge Amphitheatre, several wineries, hiking, climbing and fishing! If you are looking for some fun in the sun and a relaxing getaway, try Sunland!

We absolutely loved our stay right on the river in this house that had everything we could possible have needed. Home away from home feel, for sure. The host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great alternative to camping

We have been going to shows and festivals at the Gorge for a long time, and staying in Sunland was a great alternative to camping. It was great being hosted by Melissa, they were great communicators, and the house was well equipped for our stay. Everything was comfortable, functional, and there were no surprises. The house is in a great location right by the river, and the community itself is really charming.

We had an unbelievably good time! Communication was wonderful and the scenery was incredible. On our four-day stay we saw a bighorn, sheep mule, deer, a coyote and lots of waterfowl. I am an extremely picky person about where I stay. This house was very very clean. Thanks for everything. I’ll be back for sure

Quiet and relaxing, and close to The Gorge

This is a great location and definitely where to stay if going to The Gorge Amphitheatre; so close and convenient. The house itself was very clean and host provided pretty much everything you would want to enjoy the river. We enjoyed sitting by the river reading books, playing games with the family and got some great night sky pictures from the back of the house. People in the community were nice and had a good hot dog stand by the pool and a general store right up the street for your basic needs. Unfortunately the pizza restaurant was closed (also right up the street) while we were there, but look forward to trying it out during our next visit. This is now our go to place for any time we come back to the area.

Amazing house and location

This beautiful house was just perfect for our family holiday. Melissa went above and beyond to communicate with us and help us to try to locate a lost document. From start to finish, the communication was prompt, helpful, and these hosts made our experience even more memorable by helping us find the best way to get to the house and stops along the way worth visiting. The house was perfect and clean. Everything was impeccable. The views and the surroundings are breathtaking. We caught a concert at the Gorge and were there in minutes. We would love to return here. We recommend these hosts 100% and would love to return here again.
