I hate leaving bad reviews but here goes. I booked this place and no-one got back to me. We drove for hours, made phone calls and finally went to the apartment, a very nice coupled opened the door and said they never received our booking. they reassured me that no charge would be put through and so we spent hours finding another place. All of this took half a day, and Budva is crazy.
So yes, a charge was put through, Expedia would not refund me, and no-one will reimburse me for this. I hope someone reads this and gives me back the money.
