Sehr schöner Garten, gut ausgestattete Küche, ruhig und standnah gelegen.Fußboden fleckig und offensichtlich nicht gewischt. Wintergarten nicht gefegt, Fenster nicht sauber.Die Parksituation völlig unzureichend. es wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es nur ein Parkplatz für das große 6 Personenhaus gibt. Im weiteren Umkeis keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten. Ein Telefonat mit der Vermieterin war nicht hilfreich und beim zweiten Nachfragen wurde nicht mehr reagiert.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit kleinen Verbesserungstipps :-)

Unsere Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war gelungen und erholsam. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus war sauber und geräumig. Der Garten war schön und sowohl der Buchungsvorgang als auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Liese war unproblematisch. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Bäcker direkt in der Nähe und nur ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Stand. Als Tipp würden wir noch eine Mikrowelle für die sonst super ausgestattete Küche empfehlen. Auch die Tür im Wohnzimmer ging ein bisschen schwergängig und ein unangekündigter Gärtnerbesuch war auch etwas ungewöhnlich. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus, eine super nette Verwalterin. Ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. :-)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren im Juli 2021 zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung Liese 2. Das großzügige Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, ein wirklich sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die ganze Wohnung wirkt wie frisch renoviert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, ziemlich neu und vollständig, alles da, was man braucht und es sind auch keine zusammengestückelten Reste. Sogar an Kleinigkeiten wie ein Brotmesser oder Spülmittel und Tabs für die Spülmaschine war gedacht. Die Betten sind sehr gut, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Auch kein Knarren oder Quietschen. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig, unmittelbar hinter dem Deich, man kann bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Trotzdem nicht abgelegen, bis zum Hafen (Bäcker für frische Brötchen jeden Morgen!) sind es ca. 300 m, bis zum Zentrum von Carolinensiel zu Fuß 2 km. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, Tische, Stühle mit Sitzkissen, Sonnenschirm für die Terasse alles da. Außerdem einige Liegen mit Auflagen auf dem Rasen und die in den Bildern gezeigte Sitzecke, alles gut nutzbar. Das W-LAN ist gut und stabil, auch auf der Terasse. Die Informationen zum Aufenthalt (Kurtaxe, Corona und Testpflicht, Anreise, …) im Vorfeld und die Unterlagen im Ordner im Ferienhaus waren erfreulich kurz gefaßt und vollständig. Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt, auch unsere mitgereist Freundin der Familie ist immer noch begeistert so wie wir auch. Frau Liese war jederzeit für Fragen und Hilfestellungen erreichbar.
