Walk to Beach Cottage with private pool and Golf Cart

Beautiful beach cottage is a short 5 minute stroll to the beach, or take the included golf cart and be there in a minute. Located on the West End of PCB, minutes from 30A and Pier park. Lower density beaches with no high rise condos means plenty of room at the beach. Private pool and deck are yours to enjoy for hours of family fun. Each bedroom has a king sized bed with higher end Memory foam mattresses. The bunkroom has double bunks that sleep 4 children. Separate kids area has its own 65 inch 4K smart TV to stream movies and an HDMI hookup to bring your game consul. We also have a separate outdoor shower, and beach towels and chairs are included. We're excited to share our beach house with you and help you create lifelong memories!

Perfect Vacation Home!

If you’re looking for a nice beach getaway & want privacy, then this is the perfect home for you! We loved this clean & tastefully decorated home with a private pool & “the cherry on top” is the 2 minute drive to the beach on the golf cart that’s included with your stay! I can’t recommend this property enough!

Great Stay

House was as shown online. The owner was very sweet and informative prior to check in. The house was nice and clean. My sons really enjoyed the pool. Having the golf cart was a huge help in getting to and from the beach. I would definitely stay at this house again in the future.

Absolutely Amazing

I would give this property 100 stars if I could. We were the very first guest to rent this beautiful home, and it was perfect for our family. Home has a private pool and is 5 min from the beach.. The house has everything you need from all new appliances, cooking utensils, and beach accessories. Property owner/manager was also amazing.. We will definitely rent again!!

The best way to stay in Panama City Beach ☀️

This location is perfect and convenient! We stayed with family and it was so nice to have the golf cart with the beach so close. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there are plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. The house was immaculate! Great set up for a family, the pool is a great size, and the owner has done such a great job with little touches that make the house feel modern and cozy without being too cheesy beachy:) We loved it and we are picky! Would definitely stay here again if we are in this area. ☀️🌊

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. House had a good layout and worked well for our family of five. Pool was nice. Not huge, but adequate in size for the kids to play in. I liked that it was screened in. I wish the outdoor shower was more private. It's open and visible from the road and house across the street. A screen or stall would be nice. It could use more water pressure as well. Plenty of hot water though. Golf cart was nice to have for quick trip to the nearby public beach access. When we booked the rental it advertised a 6 seater golf cart, but it only had a standard 4 seater when we got there. It was sufficient, and definitely better than not having one, just would have been a little easier for family of five to have the 6 seater. House was pretty clean on our arrival and had all the amenities we needed. The sectional sofa in the main living room is ready for replacement. You can see that the back frame is busted. Was a bit worried when sitting on it that we might damage it more. All the other furniture and beds were nice. Came with plenty of nice, thick beach towels. We arrived in town about an hour before our scheduled check-in time, and was notified that the house was already ready for us to check-in. Much appreciated after an 11 hour drive to be able to go straight to the house and unload. We would definitely stay here again.

We love how close to the beach our home is. We like how our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the beaches are never crowded. We also enjoy hanging out by the pool after a day at the beach.

What makes this property unique

It's great having a separate area for the kids and adults. And we love that the pool is enclosed with netting.
