Eric and I live north of Atlanta. We have 5 grown children and 5 grands. Eric is in full time ministry helping at risk students and I help families get healthy! Our hope is that you will use this space to reconnect, relax, play and make memories!
Why they chose this property
We chose this house because it is exactly the kind of house we want to bring our family to enjoy! It is close to the beach, lake, grocery stores (2 within a mile), walking trails, state parks and 30A shopping. It is in a quiet neighborhood on the slower west end but it is only a 10 min. drive to all the shopping and entertainment of Pier Park.
What makes this property unique
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!! Walking distance to both the white beaches and to Lake Powell! Located on the coveted west end of PCB 1 mile from the start of 30A, 7 miles from the bustle of Pier Park and 1 mile from Helen State Park!
