Welcome to Waves of Joy, a private home nestled on the west end of PCB uniquely located 5 blocks from white sand beaches and Lake Powell. Enjoy both the ocean and access to the lake. Bring your boat and or jet ski!

Guest access:The house and yard are yours to enjoy. We have one locked owners closet to keep supplies, otherwise it is available for your enjoyment. The front door is a coded deadbolt. You will be given your unique code on the day of check-in. We have one security camera on the front of the house covering the door and driveway. Must be 25 to rent. Open to exceptions if you contact us. We have super responsible kids under 25:)

Other Details:There are many great options for enjoying the beach. We have a list of those options on the inside pantry door. Our family's preference is to drive 2 miles to Inlet Regional Access where there is free parking and bathrooms. This house is in such a unique location as it is walking distance to the beautiful white beaches and also to Lake Powell which is an 800 acre brackish lake. Bring your boat, jet skis , paddle boards, kayaks and enjoy! Yes, you can park your boat at the house!
**Please note that we provide starter packs for your stay (dish pod, dish soap, laundry pod, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, bar soap) You are responsible for providing anything beyond the starter supply.**

*****Please make sure you read the "House Rules" as we enforce fees for breaking them. This is our home and we want it cared for so that all our guests can enjoy each visit.

Great Vacation Spot

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here at this property! There was plenty of room and beds for my family and our friends. The house had everything you could want: plenty of games, outdoor seating and pool, and even beach supplies. The pictures are exactly what you get! It is minutes from Inlet Beach, grocery shopping, and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for us! We will definitely be back to this spot in the future!

Owner is quick to communicate. We didn’t get our door code until after check in time and the property was still being cleaned. The property itself was great. We especially loved the a/c after a long day at the ball field. It had everything we needed for our stay even items for the beach. I’d use them again if we are back in PCB.

It was perfect for our big family! Clean and nicely kept. And was super kid friendly! Felt Safe within the neighborhood. Has a great fenced in back yard, which helps alot with littles who like to run. Great size kitchen and dinning for the whole family to enjoy and jump in and help.

The perfect vacation home!

We stayed here with our family and everyone left with only good things to say. The house was clean and very comfy with plenty of room for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the toys and books that were there, and the record player was a special touch that was perfect for winding down after a long day on the beach. It was only a 4 min drive to a beach access and there were beach chairs and umbrellas with a beach wagon you could use as well. The host was great about communicating during our stay.

Absolutely perfect!!

This place had it all!! Family came to visit us who had a rental on the beach front but liked our house better due to all it had! We have a 8 month old and a 5 year old, it was a great house for both them and us with all the amenities!! Thank you so much for everything, super great and quick communication, if we ever come back to PCB we will definitely be looking this place back up!!

Why they chose this property

We chose this house because it is exactly the kind of house we want to bring our family to enjoy! It is close to the beach, lake, grocery stores (2 within a mile), walking trails, state parks and 30A shopping. It is in a quiet neighborhood on the slower west end but it is only a 10 min. drive to all the shopping and entertainment of Pier Park.
