Cozy apartment in a quiet and central location of Stukenbrock for 2 persons

25 sqm apartment for max 2 persons in Schloß Holte - Stukenbrock, district Stukenbrock, for rent.
The apartment is located in a 4-family house and was completed in February 2017. All furniture was purchased new in 2017.
The apartment has a 20 sqm living / bedroom with a kitchenette.
Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, dining table with 2 seats.
Equipment Living / bedroom: 2 single beds (90x200), TV, Internet, wardrobe.
Bathroom equipment: toilet, sink and shower.
A washing machine is also available.
There is a private terrace and the parking is directly at the house.

When setting up the apartment, it was important to us that everything was there to have a great stay and how we wanted to live.

In the immediate vicinity (radius about 300m) there are:
Supermarket, bakery, various restaurants, pharmacy and doctors, ice cream parlor, retail stores, snack bars and pubs.
Although this apartment is very centrally located and you can reach everything within walking distance, it is still a quiet location, on a pedestrianized street.

Getting there:
via A2 from Hannover, cross Bielefeld on A33 in the direction of Paderborn, 1. Exit Schloß Holte - Stukenbrock, about 1.5 km to the apartment
via A2 from Dortmund, Kreuz Bielefeld on A33 towards Paderborn, see above
via A44 from Kassel, Kreuz Wünneberg on A33 in direction Paderborn / Bielefeld, exit Hövelhof, direction Schloß Holte - Stukenbrock, approx. 7 min to the apartment
Paderborn / Lippstadt Airport - 30 minutes

Wir waren über‘s Wochenende in Bielefeld. Dafür war diese Wohnung für uns perfekt. Super sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. So mögen wir es!

Sehr schöne, kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt.

Sehr gemütlich, modern, gute Anbindung (wenn der Bus kommt!) Lediglich ein Sichtschutz (Vorhang etc) am grossen Fenster zum Nachbarbalkon haben wir vermisst. Sonst alles super!
