Beautiful views. and Perfect for a group of high school friends to get together after 45 years. Plenty of beds and very nice additions like smoker, hot tub, dock, etc.
Totally the bomb 💣 so quite and peaceful. The stay at the property with all the amenities and the lake access was beautiful. Great place to relax and unwind from the daily Hussle and bussle.

So glad you enjoyed!! You were a delight to host. Thank you for treating our home so well :)
This property is well maintained and large. Nice boat dock. We especially appreciated the cargo elevator and commercial ice machine. The home is near the bay, with access to the Gulf. It's close to many restaurants and activities. Our family had a wonderful time.
Very nice house. Would recommend securing window shades in upstairs bunk room as 2 came off while closing, cleaning stained upstairs carpets, supplying travel sized soap in bathrooms, checking some light bulbs needing replacement. Very comfortable & spacious, plentiful ice in machines & luggage lift was great!
What a coastal paradise! Beautiful views of the river and marsh as far as you can see! Gorgeous home with high end amenities inside and out! Perfect place to stay for Cruisin’ the Coast! Parking under house for two classic cars, propane fire pit, new gas grill, outdoor TV for football games, restroom on ground level for when outside, boat house, dock, porch swing on boat house dock, private boat ramp, fishing is great right off dock, outdoor furniture is very nice and plenty of it for everyone, in-ground hot tub and best of all, peaceful and quiet. We will be back for sure! Thank you.
We are a group of high school friends that graduated between 1974 and 1978. We get together every year somewhere on the gulf coast. We've done Bay St Louis 3 times, Slidell, New Orleans, Lake Martin, Ocean Springs, Pass Christian. Next Year it's Ft Walton Beach. We always bring a boat. We all agree this was a fabulous place to stay. Home, Amenities and Deep water for boating were outstanding. The kitchen was huge and easy to work in. Host was on top of problems. I would strongly recommend this home.
This is a beautiful home with phenomenal views. You'll want to watch the boats come and go on the Jourdan River at all times of the day. The deck and patio are well-equipped with multiple sitting areas including a lovely hot tub, a tabletop fireplace, live-edge bar height table for at least 6 ppl. There's an elevator to bring luggage and coolers up and down and a commercial ice maker on the ground level. Rent a kayak and put-in right there at the house. This is a great house for families or large groups. Tons of sleeping space - a couple of the bunk rooms are located within another bedroom - great for families. Upstairs is one hall bath with a shower that is used by 2 bdrms plus the bonus large bunk room and there's a King en-suite with a bunk room and a bathroom with tub only, no shower. You can definitely stay on campus and restore or drive an ez 10' to Bay St. Louis. Groceries close by. Highly recommend this property.

A very nice property and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Downtown BSL only 10 minutes away. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property did not match the beauty of the property. When we first arrived we called the mgmt company immediately with concerns. It was disclosed in advance that the hot tub was out of commission, however there is no excuse for leaving it half full of disgusting green water with dead bugs, a football and the skimmer pole floating in it. Throughout the upstairs the carpeting was soiled in several spots and worn. The mgmt company was aware but indicated they haven’t had time to replace it. A deep shampoo and spot cleaning would go a long way! Mgmt company volunteered to send the cleaning crew back out but they did little additional cleaning if at all. My wife washed the upstairs bath mats that were filthy, cleaned out the spills and mold in the bottom of the wine fridge, wiped down the outside furniture and tables that were filthy. We grilled once and it started a grease fire because the bottom of the grill was so full of grease and debris. We had 9 adults and the property description indicated 6 bedrooms. It did disclose 2 bedrooms have access via other bedrooms but these are not bedrooms! They are walk in closets with additional bunk bedding. Great set up for families with small children. Overall great property but just needs more attention to detail to be a highly rated property.

Robert, thank you for your feedback. I will be addressing all of the things regarding cleanliness and kitchen/bathroom stock with the maid crew. We did have bad weather earlier during the week before your check-in as to why patio furniture and hot tub were so filthy. We had stopped all hot tub service since we were doing repairs, I really apologize for not taking that into consideration before you guys arrived. I will be visiting the camp this weekend to do deep shampoo to the upstairs carpet. We will pay more attentions to details
to the cleanliness of the grill and wine coolers. Normally, the owner is out there more often to keep up with these things we have just had back to back bookings recently and these things are not apart of our cleaning package. I will make our description more clear about the bedrooms, however we never had any problems in the past. Thank you for booking with us!
