What a nice place!

The location was perfect for us. Space enough, clean, very quiet. You find all things to cook for yourself. In summer the house will not get that warm due to old thick walls. You have a terrace and pool and will find shadow. In Winter and early months like March and February you might need some more heat though. We have been 2 persons, even for 4 persons there is place enough. The host Mr Paulisch is very nice and kind, it was easy communication, if you need things, he will help out for sure. In addition Porreres is some old pittoresque village in center of Mallorca, only few tourists, some nice bars and restaurants. We did Race Biking from here, what was really perfect for us. You can reach out many places from there, what in my opinion is some advantage to normal places like Alcudia or Playa de Muro, where most bikers go to. You are directly on small streets with low traffic.

Schönes eingerichtetes, gut aufgeteiltes und ausgestattetes Townhaus. Für uns war es der Ausgangspunkt täglicher Rennradtouren. Porreres hat eine gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen an das Mallorca Cycling Netz. Der Ort selbst wirkt sehr authentisch und bietet ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, und gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Den Pool haben wir in Anbetracht der Jahreszeit (Ende Dezember) nicht genutzt. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für unser mitgebrachtes Auto waren in der Nähe auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz verfügbar. Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einer Jahreszei, die noch reichlich Sonnenstunden bietet bei milden Temperaturen.

Ein sehr schönes Stadthaus. Sauber, großzügig, gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Was uns fehlte waren der Grill und vor allem Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen am Pool. Auch 1 Satz Handtücher für 10 Tage sind aus unserer sicht nicht ausreichend. Weingläser fehlten ebenfalls. Zwei haben wir uns gekauft und dagelassen.

Schönes Stadthaus in Porrees

Wir hatten viel Platz. Vom Haus waren wir in 3 Minuten am Dorf Platz wo es gute Restaurants und Bars gab. Das Haus war mit allen ausgestattet. Es hat uns gut gefallen . Die Besitzer waren jederzeit net und erreichbar.

Un tres bon sejour

2 semaines à Porreres, qui constitue un excellent point de base pour visiter toute la partie Est de Majorque, de la Colonia jusqu'à Formentor (max 1h). La maison ne dispose pas de clim, mais la zone piscine est tres agreable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le proprietaire est accessible et attentif aux demandes. Je recommande sans reserve.

Wir waren 14 Tage in Porreres. Der Ort ist sehr wenig touristisch, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Vermieter war sehr gut erreichbar und hat auf unsere Fragen umgehend reagiert. Sollten wir erneut nach Mallorca fliegen wird dieses Haus unsere erste Wahl sein, danke, dass wir dort sein durften.

Ein sehr schönes mallorquinisches Stadthaus

Herr Paulisch hat uns herzlich Empfangen und sich Zeit für uns genommen. Hinter dem schönen Holztor verbirgt sich ein feines Refugium. Dem Blick in den Wohn-Essbereich, folgt der Blick auf Pool & Außenbereich. Das allein ist schon Urlaub. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großer Schlafbereich mit angeschlossenem Bad. Zwei weitere Zimmer + 1 Bad stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben alles sehr gepflegt und sauber vorgefunden. Fußläufig gibt es eine kleine Fußgängerzone mit Bar & Pizzeria. Alles noch sehr unaufgeregt. Die einheimische Befölkerung befindet sich noch in der Überzahl. In der Gegenrichtung, auch nur 3-4 Min. gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Empfehlenswert: Das mitgebrachte Auto auf den kostenfreien Parkplatz parken.

Super schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne saubere Stadtfinca im schönen Örtchen Porreres. Es war alles wichtige vorhanden. Der Vermieter war mega freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Pool hat eine schöne Tiefe. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Ist definitiv eine Reise wert

Sehr schönes Ambiente, extrem unkomplizierter Vermieter. Beschriebene Mängel von Vormietern wurden von Vermieter abgestellt. Ohne Klimaanlage kann es nachts schon ziemlich warm werden, aber das weiß man letztendlich vorher, wenn man ein Haus ohne Klimaanlage bucht. Sehr süßes Dorf, extrem gastfreundlich, nette Restaurants, Supermercardo, Bäcker und auch alles andere fussläufig zu erreichen und hat einfach ein super Flair.

Feines Stadthaus von nettem Vermieter!

Das Stadthaus in Porreres wir vom freundlichen Eigentümer selbst erklärt und übergeben. Wir würden jederzeit und gerne wieder dort wohnen ! Das Haus verfügt "nur" über 4 Betten (1 DZ und 2 EZ) und gehört damit zur seltenen Gelegenheit für kleine Gruppen / Familien. Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei und vollständig, eine Besonderheit ist der für ein Stadthaus ungewöhnlich große Pool (rd. 8,5m lang und bis zu 2, tief) ! Die Konditionen des Vermieters sind absolut fair, auch das ist mittlerweile seltener geworden. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage (aus der Beschreibung aber klar ersichtlich), was einem im Fall einer Hitzewelle bewusst sein sollte. Ergänzen könnte man uE vielleicht einen kleinen (Gas- oder Elektro) Grill. Alles in allem eine ganz klare Empfehlung von uns!

Wir haben uns in der schönen Stadtwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sauber. Der Pool lädt schon vor dem Frühstück zu einer Schwimmrunde ein. Ein bisschen mehr Besteck und vielleicht auch ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele wären nicht schlecht

Reizvolles Dorfidyll

Mann vermisst es nach wenigen Tagen schon: morgens aus dem Bett direkt in den Pool springen, den Kaffe auf der geräumigen Terrasse genießen und in der Ferne die Palmen sich im Wind wogen sehen ... Ein schönes kleines Haus, nett eingerichtet und zur Erholung hergerichtet. Was wir leider bei der Buchung übersehen haben war, dass es keine Klimaanlage hat, dafür jedoch zahlreiche Ventilatoren. Es war durchgehend heiß. Wofür auch der Der Vermieter nicht verantwortlich ist, was uns jedoch zusätzlich den Schlaf raubte war die Baustelle gegenüber in 5 Meter Entfernung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ar nicht opulent, jedoch ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt. Alles in allem: reizvolles Dorfidyll, schönes Ambiente, sympathischer Vermieter, freundliche Menschen im Dorf und der Gastronomie. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht!

Estupenda estancia en Porreres

La casa es estupenda, con todo lo que se puede necesitar. La cocina está completamente equipada, incluso con útiles para poder llevar picnic a la playa. La limpieza era impecable y todo estaba muy cuidado. La piscina es un plus muy agradable. Fritz y su mujer son muy atentos y están pendientes de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Viven a 3 minutos con lo que cualquier problema lo resolverán rápidamente. Casa muy recomendable, en un pueblo tranquilo, cerca de Palma y de la zona de playas de Santanyí y Ses Salines. Repetiremos, seguro. Muchas gracias, Fritz, por hacer nuestra estancia perfecta.

Tolles Haus mit einem tollen Vermieter

Zusammenfassend war der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft wirklich gut. Das Haus ist sauber und in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Auch die Lage ist wirklich toll. Der Vermieter ist großartig und gibt gute schnelle Rückmeldungen bei Fragen. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, sind die Betten. Gerade die zwei Einzelbetten sind wirklich nicht gut und bieten keinen Schlafkomfort. Hierdurch mussten wir leider einen zusätzlichen Topper anschaffen, damit die Nächte gut verliefen. Wenn hieran noch gearbeitet werden würde, wären volle 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca.

Stadtfinca

Die Finca ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Finca keine Klimaanlage hat. Wir verbrachten einen sehr schönen ruhigen Urlaub.

Beautifully renovated, traditional village house with pool

Porreres is a peaceful, traditional village and the house was beautiful. It was tastefully renovated with everything you might need with the most welcoming host who did not impose but was immediately available if required. The pictures do not really capture the charm of the house and everything was immaculate. Church bells toll occasionally adding to the charm and a few minutes walk through the winding streets, you will find some small shops, a supermarket, museum and several restaurants. We hired a car and parked outside the house in the narrow streets but a car park a few minutes walk away is available free should that suit better. We travelled to some favourite spots on the island but mostly just enjoyed the slower pace of life and relaxed around the pool in the privacy of the terrace. The food at L'Escrivania, located a few minutes walk away is definitely worth trying. We often walked late at night through the streets after dinner just soaking up the atmosphere and felt extremely safe. Locals had doors and windows wide open! If you would like to experience the real Majorca but want a pool and WiFi to keep younger members of the family happy, try this!
