1-room studio 35 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Open small living/dining room 17 m2 with TV (flat screen). Exit to the loggia. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm). Shower. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, covered balcony. Partial view of the ocean. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n D grand large (roofed, 1 car). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Bien placée et fonctionnel

Bonjour nous avons séjourné à 3. Résidence très bien placée et pour le prix, assez fonctionnelle. La literie est bonne et l'appartement est bien équipé pour un court séjours.

Sa a faire l'affaire d'une semaine

J'ai trouvé que 3 côtes positifs a cette location, le faite qui soit en face de la plage, le grand lit et le patio qui est grand, pour le reste déçu... Place de parking couvert inaccessible de toute la semaine on a pas pu y accéder ! Accès à l'appartement pour décharger la voiture pas pratique du tout !! On est arrivée l'appartement n'était pas très propre encore du sable sur le sol poussière en dessous du lit prise de courant dangereuse, douche sens lumière, cheveux dans le siffon de la douche

Pouvoir se réveiller en voyant l'océan..

Un très chouette appartement. Pas très grand mais bien équipé et surtout la loggia qui est un bonheur et la proximité de la plage génial pour surveiller les enfants. Proche de tous les commerces c'est vivant et je tiens a préciser que le couchage est d'un confort exceptionnel. L'agence est a l'écoute. Il y a une place de garage en pleine saison c'est très appréciable. Une adresse a retenir !!

Bien pour juste y passer la nuit ! Ménage négligé. Douche bouché a l'arrivée. Canalisation encrassée et pleine de cheveux. Obligé de passer par l'arrière de la location pour sortir .

Nette Wohnung, wenn man mit wenig Platz auskommt

Die Wohnung ist von der Lager her ideal, keine 50m zum Strand, direkt an ein paar Restaurants. Vor der Miete sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung sehr platzsparend gebaut ist. Die Toilette ist winzig und auch die Dusche ist nicht für Menschen über 1,90 ausgelegt. Leider war vor Ort (entgegen der Beschreibung in den Unterlagen) keine Möglichkeit, den Müll zu entsorgen. Alles in allem aber eine nette Unterkunft!

Très bon week-end

Appart agréable très bien placé par rapport aux magasins,restaurant,plage. Plus besoin de voiture. Deux petites anomalie. Le robinet de la douche et le ménage pas terrible. A part ça séjours impeccable.
