Good apartments, but bad support

There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Good location. Close to the sea and to the city center. Poor support from landlords. For 10 days they did not get in touch and did not repair the blinds in the bedroom. TV only works in one room. They did not give the key to the garbage container, so the garbage was taken out into the container of other houses.

Die Lage ist zentral. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Nur die Nächste sind etwas laut, da der Müll um 1 Uhr entleert wird. Der Strand ist kein Kies sondern Steinstrand. Das ist eine schmerzhafte Erfahrung gewesen. Ins Meer zu gehen war eine Überwindung

mauvaise literie mais logement très bien placé

La literie est à revoir. Dommage de gâcher la qualité de cette location en offrant une literie de piètre qualité. Le logement est mal isolé. on entend les voisins et les bruits de la rue. Pas de chauffage en octobre ! le logement est toujours dans l'ombre et parfois on aurait souhaiter chauffer un peu. Le logement est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la promenade et du vieux Nice. Malgré nos remarques négatives, nous recommandons ce logement.
