26 Year old engineer in south phoenix looking for a hobby outside of work. Found Short term rentals both fun and a positive use of my free time. Very flexible host, let me know if you have any questions.
Why they chose this property
5 bedroom 1500 sq ft home in south phoenix. Designed myself, tried to make it as bright and fun as possible for my guests trip away from home. House does have a large back patio and diving pool. Complimentary pool heating! Its an energy efficient electric heat pump so its not boiling but the best all around choice for pool heating.
Location: The house is about 10-15 mins from downtown phoenix, temp, chandler and south mountain. For those looking to visit for spring training its about 2min from the angels training facility. Great location for someone looking to explore the valley.
