Dot's Place was very nice for our short trip to Rockport. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There is a short walk (5 minutes or so) to restaurants and the tourist district. It is small, but it was all we needed for the two of us.

The property was wonderful. Everything we could hope for and more. Roomy, spotlessly clean, visually appealing, within walking distance of Dock Square and Bearskin Neck, friendly and helpful hosts. A wonderful experience.

dot's place

overall it was well located, clean and cozy. my wife has MS and felt a little unsafe in shower without grab bar or way to steady herself. hooks on back of doors would help. a washer and dryer would be a big plus. contact with homeowner was pleasant. nice stay.
