Urlaub in Zingst

Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage, einzig die Betten und Matratzen sollten erneuert werden! Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Fewo Zingst

Fewo zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Ambiente der Fewo ist überwiegend von Ikea und hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich gelassen. Die Kücheneinrichtungen (Herd, Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube sind wohl schon 25 Jahre alt! (Baujahr der Fewo1997) Sehr unansehnlich und abgenutzt. Der Filter im Dunstabzug wurde wohl lange nicht gewechselt! Sehr eklig! Das Regal im Bad hat sehr starke Abnutzungen. Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten an den Fenstern, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer fehlen. Dieses wurde auch von Nutzern im Gästebuch vermerkt. Leider keine Reaktion des Vermieters! Die Sitzkissen auf den Stühlen am Esstisch haben Flecken. Die Matratze Doppelbett rechte Seite ist durchgelegen. Der Vermieter gibt den Nutzer der Fewo mit einigen Aufklebern Hinweise zur - seiner Meinung nach - richtigen Anwendung. Nutzer = Hausmeister! Bei genauerem Hinsehen, die Fewo ist nicht sehr sauber. Staubablagerungen und Spinngewebe waren in allen Räumlichkeiten zu finden. Die zwei sehr kleinen Balkone sind sehr dreckig und voller Vogelkot. Die Bemoosung des Bodes ist sehr intensiv. Blätter und Dreck in den Ecken. Die Balkonscheiben sind sehr dreckig und teilweise mit Vogelkot. Die Fensterscheiben waren nicht gereinigt. Die Mülltonne (Aussenbereich) sind voller Vogelkot und stinken! Die Versorgungsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker/ Supermarkt) sind in 1-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort hat gute Restaurants.
