We booked this Vrbo for my son’s wedding weekend, and it exceeded every expectation. This was hands-down the best Vrbo I have ever stayed in. The place was immaculate (and I am super picky), beautifully maintained, and had every amenity imaginable — truly a stress‑free stay. The host was very responsive and understanding, which was great especially when my elderly mother accidentally set off the alarm. It is perfect for multiple families and or multi-generational families. The location was great--close to great shopping and dining options and not far from fantastic beaches. My son's wedding was great, but some of the best moments were right at the house: spotting a manatee and her calf swimming past the dock in the backyard and watching a lunar eclipse from the rooftop deck. The only negative was that I had to leave!

Sea Gem? It was a gem for sure! Beautiful home, spacious, comfortable, and the canal out back gave it that something special. We loved the area and want to visit again in the future.

We enjoyed the privacy and calmness of the neighborhood plus it was super spacious for our big group and perfect to take celebration pictures! We also loved how well equipped the kitchen was. The pool was perfect to refresh after being tired of being out all day.

Great place for multiple families

The house is set up like a duplex with 2 sides - great for us with 2 families to use as a central location between lax, family and beach. Had everything we needed. Wish we had more time to use the kayaks and paddle board.

Place was located in a great spot, convenient to all shopping and restaurants! house has a really cool layout and the hosts are fantastic and quick to reply! Overall was great. But, the home is im need of some basic maintenance amd maybe some added storage options. It made it almost impossible to organize our stuff for our 9 day trip because there were no dressers, hooks, shelves, nothing really lol. The main side of the home was extremely difficult to cool even at night so i feel like the ac needs to be looked at, possible low freon or something on that side, the other side was perfectly cool so it was bizzaar, and we had to blow the cool air down the hallway with a fan to help and still would read 77 consistently. The washer and driers both took 2 or 3 dry cycles to dry clothes so the vent ducts should probably be checked for blockages. Any issues we had that were going dampen our stay, was spoken about and resolved best they could very quickly so like i said hosts were great! The kayaks we unusable unfortunately due to one that was in the water at the time of arrival was half sunken amd would take on water just sitting in the river, so we finally heaved it out to drain it and switch it out with the 2nd one amd it did the same thing. We had a boat delievered to thw dock but BEWARE the river to the dock is about 1'3" at low tide and about 3' at high tide and i know thats no fault to home owners but needs to be added to listing so future guest are aware.
