Walk, bike or boat in minutes to 5th Avenue Downtown Naples, Bayfront, Tin City, Naples Bay Resort, waterfront restaurants or walk to the very popular and delicious Oakes Farms down the street (temporary closed to remodel into a Seed To Table) and bbq at home. Rent a boat and keep it on your own dock! Dolphins come to say hello in the mornings, or they are just eating snook breakfast! Fish from the dock and catch dinner if you're a homebody and want to watch sunset from the dock. Washer/Dryer, Air Con, Trampoline, Volleyball, BBQ, and Large completely gated lot for your doggies!

Hi friends! Florida has been a place for peace and relaxation, fun restaurants, and fishing for our family vacations for over 20 years. Our family loves boating, swimming, shopping and just hanging out at our little oasis. We hope you get as much out of Naples and our beach home as we do! Our four legged family members love it too!

Why they chose this property

We chose Brookside originally because of the one mile walk to 5th Avenue's famous restaurants and shops. Our family enjoys biking to the beach which is 1.8 miles from our home. Oakes Farms is closed for remodeling, turning into a Seed to Table like their amazing grocery store/ live entertainment lifestyle destination on Immokalee Rd. and we are looking forward to their reopening. So many walkable places!

What makes this property unique

Our little piece of paradise is a private little retreat, with dolphins, manatees and great fishing right off our own private dock/ boathouse. Getting out to the Gulf is a short ride past restaurants, and boom - you are fishing, swimming, boating, or floating to a nearby restaurant or bar quickly - or as slowly as you desire!
