Recently renovated family vacation home located in the heart of historic Old Naples. 3B/2.5B with approx. 2049 sq ft. Includes stainless steel refrigerator, convection double range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and full-size washer and dryer.
Renovations include flooring throughout, fresh paint, new cabinets throughout, new granite throughout, and much more!
Sleep 6 as follows:
Blue Beach Room, king bed
The coral seashell room has a king bed and a 1/2 bath.
The main bedroom has a king bed and a full-sized bathroom with a shower.
Large comfortable sectional couch in the living room.
The open floor plan is conducive to multi-generation family gatherings; grill fresh fish on the veranda while others swim in the heated pool or lounge in the family room/dining area. This pool home, parts of which have been renovated and remodeled, is a sanctuary in Naples, Florida. You won't have to use your car once you arrive. Amazing restaurants and shopping are right out your doorstep, and the beach is only 2 short blocks away. We have enjoyed watching pelicans from the pier (a 10-minute walk from the house), dolphins from the beach, and most recently, bald eagles that appear to have nested on our property.

I'm Carol Bosshardt. I grew up in Rockford Illinois. Attended and Graduated the University of Wisconsin with a degree in social work. That's what I did for a while and remain a social worker at heart. My family was in the Real Estate and construction business. We moved to Gaineville Florida in 1977 and it didn't take me long to go into real estate. Eventually I started my own real estate company and today we are the largest most successful company in Gainesville. I'm an entrepreneur at heart and have started banks and many other projects over the years. My two children have given me five grandchildren, who are the joy of my life.
Why they chose this property
My parents were one of the first condo owners on Marco Island. We had a property there for 20 years. My daughter as she grew would often comment that we always ended up driving to Naples to do things.
We bought this home because is has an amazing location. Being a real estate broker I know the old saying is too true. Location, Location, Location.
I've put a lot of my own energy into remodeling this home. It may not look like much from the front, but it definitely has it where it counts. This property has become my sanctuary away from work and business. Unfortunately we don't get down to Naples as often as we should, when we do this home is perfect.
The third street shopping and restaurant area has continued to improve. Most of the parades start from here and in the winter they have snow makers and plenty of activity for families.

The house is simple and comfortable. The location is to die for. Over the years with the remodeling and upgrades we have done, We've learned to love and appreciate this home. There isn't much like it in Naples and if you want to truly enjoy all that Naples has to offer this home and location definitely beat the more touristy areas.
