Wonderful villa with private pool and summer kitchen

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- dog keeping 20 €
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 20 € / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra = 0,30 €/kwh - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.

The Space:
Lovely and well maintained holiday home with private pool in a very quiet residential area.

There are several different terraces and a beautiful roof terrace with stunning views. Directly by the pool there is a covered barbecue place.

All rooms are at ground level. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite).

No english television available.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet residencial area with international neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The nearest sandy beach in Moraira is approximately 4 km away.
Restaurants and supermarket are about 1.5 - 2 km away.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

The arrival and departure has to be on Saturday (its to request for other days in the low season).
