Welcome to the beautiful and well maintained apartment of approx. 70m² (8002 garden view). The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with box spring beds (1x180x200), and a sofa bed (160x200) in the dining / living area. Thus, up to 6 people can sleep in the cozy apartment. It covers about 70 square meters. The two bedrooms also have a large wardrobe, desserts, night lights and pleats.
The dining / living area has access to the spacious south / west terrace, which invites to extensive barbecues. (Grill and seating available) Alternatively, you can cook in the fully equipped modern kitchen. (Oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle) For cozy evenings, a TV and a small selection of games are available.

Bed linen and towels are included.
In addition, a parking space belongs to the apartment.

Groemitz / Gromitz
Our cozy apartments are located in the immediate vicinity to various shops and restaurants. In the nearby spa park there are outdoor sports equipment and a large playground where children can play extensively. In the summer, events regularly take place in the spa gardens, so that no boredom arises. An auto repair shop, laundromat and doctors are also nearby.
Grömitz impresses with its variety of sports and leisure opportunities, all of which are located near the beach. An all-round carefree holiday is nothing in the way.

The city requires a tourist tax of € 1.70 - € 3 per day / person, which must be paid upon arrival.

Wir waren zu zweit in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Es war sehr sauber. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, leider hatten wir nur für 3 Tage gebucht. Ein Highlight ist die schöne Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten. Zum Wasser und zur Promenade sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Kurz gesagt: Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.
